This is a fabulous opportunity within our growing and dynamic company. We currently require an Administrative Assistant for our newly built store at Nathan way to help our team grow, prosper business transactions and maintain business records.

If you enjoy compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of establishement, performing of clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures, besides being computer literate and enthusiastic, we have an opportunity for you. if you are interested in book keeping and you have enthusiasm for greeting and assisting visitors, this job will be a phenomenal opportunity.

Responsible To: Ades Duty Manager/Store Director
Contract Status: Permanent, part time/full time. 6 Month approbatory

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and clerical services to the business in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations in the store.

Main Duties:

  • Handling and responding to phone calls.
  • Planning meetings and taking minutes.
  • Timely response to emails, memos, and letters.
  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Maintaining an orderly filling system.
  • Regular ordering of office supplies and equipment.
  • Reconcile expenditure reports.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the organisation.
Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft office package.
  • Problem solving skills and a great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
