Job Description:

Your Responsibilities
It is important that our products are on the shelf; however the biggest part of your job is simply to be there to help our customers. As a general assistant you will direct customers and assist them in product location, support warehouse with deliveries, fill shelf and in merchandising units as well as ensuring that the shelf is clean and products are well displayed.

Job Requirement:

Physically fit as you will be required to be on your feet most of the time and may also be required to work in other areas of the store doing lifting.

Main Duties:
Assist and direct customers as they shop.
Ensure continuous back room standard as you carry out your daily activities.
Restocking and refilling of shelf as required.
Assist in off-loading and sorting out deliveries.
Carry out safely all instructions from your departmental team leader or duty manager.
Clean the shelf before restocking.
Check product dates before restocking.
Support other department as required eg tills e.t.c.

Ability to follow procedure correctly.
Hands on, roll off sleeves, get on the shop floor approach.
